Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use USPS and UPS carriers for USA & Canada orders. We find these carriers are the quickest and safest to use. All of our packages are sent fully insured and well packaged to prevent any loss.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
For domestic orders, your packages usually ship in 3-5 days. We upgrade all of our domestic packages to USPS priority mail. Large packages that ship UPS will ship UPS Ground and can take up to 7 days for delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we ship internationally through United States Postal Service or through UPS. The shipping cost is added to the cost of our products during the checkout process.
CAN I PAY FOR QUICKER ORDER?
We do not offer a priority order option. We create signs in the order that they come in. It would not be fair to all customers if we allowed orders to skip the line. We also do not ship overnight due to this reason and the high cost associated with overnighting.

If you have an event deadline quickly approaching please contact us so we can give you a realistic estimate of your delivery date. Our production times are always changing and we can give you a good idea of when delivery can happen.
