Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and damage and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Since NeonChili sells made-to-order products, orders cannot be modified or canceled once the production process is initiated. This applies to all custom products and pre-designed products in the website 'shop our signs' section.

You may cancel or modify your product design within a limited timeframe from the time of purchase:

  • Standard orders: 6 hours from the time of purchase
  • Rush orders: 1 hour from the time of purchase

Beyond these timeframes, your order and design are deemed final and cannot be canceled. However you may Contact us at info@neonchili.com for any return or exchange requests and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We handcraft every LED neon sign to order, so production takes 2–3 days followed by 5–7 day tracked shipping within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your sign ships.
