We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and damage and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Since NeonChili sells made-to-order products, orders cannot be modified or canceled once the production process is initiated. This applies to all custom products and pre-designed products in the website 'shop our signs' section.

You may cancel or modify your product design within a limited timeframe from the time of purchase:

  • Standard orders: 6 hours from the time of purchase
  • Rush orders: 1 hour from the time of purchase

Beyond these timeframes, your order and design are deemed final and cannot be canceled. However you may Contact us at info@neonchili.com for any return or exchange requests and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We handcraft every LED neon sign to order, so production takes 2–3 days followed by 5–7 day tracked shipping within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your sign ships.

The item was as described, some delays in my shipping but the communication was great. Be mindful of the thickness of the backing(1/2in). My mounting screw provided barely fit (3/4in). Definitely recommend something 1in min.

Very happy with the Murakami Flower light I ordered. Had a slight shipping issue but the shop responded and resolved the issue very quickly. As soon as it arrived I could tell the product was packaged very professionally. The light is way brighter than I expected, which is not a bad thing. Also comes with a dimmer. I will say I did have a liiittle trouble installing it with the screws provided, with how thick the acrylic is there wasn't much screw sticking out the back of the sign, even 1/8th inch more would've made a pretty big difference. I did install by myself and with two people this would be less of an issue. Would definitely buy another sign from this shop though :)
